Profile and ID disagree
The date of birth is missing from your profile or differs from the one on your ID. Compliance compares the two line by line, so even a swapped day and month is enough to stop the check.
What the Razed KYC check asks for, how to photograph each document so it passes the first time, and what to do when compliance sends a file back.

Razed lets you deposit and withdraw up to a set cumulative threshold without documents. Above it, or when compliance asks, you fill in the verification page: an ID, an address proof from the last 180 days and proof of payment, all as original photos or PDFs.
Razed verification is the casino's KYC check: you prove who you are, where you live and that the payment method is yours. Most players can sign up, deposit and play straight away, because documents only come into it later.
When we checked the Razed help centre on 1 October 2026, the rule was clear. You can deposit and withdraw up to a set cumulative threshold without uploading anything. Once your combined activity passes that line, or whenever the compliance team decides to ask, the verification page becomes the next stop before a withdrawal.
Razed shows no screenshots of that page in its public help articles, so we are not going to draw one for you. Instead, here is the order that works, written from the document rules Razed publishes. Follow it and you upload each file once.
Step 1
Before any upload, open your profile and enter your full name, home address and date of birth exactly as they appear on your ID. A missing or different birth date is one of the reasons Razed lists for sending a KYC file back.
Step 2
The verification page in your account groups the documents by level, so you always know which slot a file belongs in. Have your documents next to you and good light before you start.
Step 3
Use a passport, a driving licence or a government ID card. Licences and ID cards need both sides, while for a passport you photograph the page with your picture on it. Your full name, birth date, photo and expiry date must be readable, and all four edges of the document must sit inside the frame.
Step 4
Upload a bank statement, utility bill, credit card statement, insurance policy, lease agreement or mortgage statement. It has to be dated within the last 180 days and show your full name, full address with postcode, the issuer logo and the issue date on one visible page.
Step 5
This is the step people look for in the wrong place. The card or bank proof belongs in the Level 3 - Source of Wealth slot, not next to your ID. For a card, take a photo that shows your name, the expiry date and the first six and last four digits, with the CVC fully covered.
Step 6
The compliance team checks your uploads against your profile. They may ask for more, most often a document that shows where larger sums came from. Razed does not publish a fixed review time, so keep an eye on your account messages.
Step 7
If something comes back, the request names the problem. Fix exactly that point, take a fresh original photo or download a new PDF, and upload it in the same slot.
Bank accounts work a little differently from cards at step 5. Here Razed wants a bank statement, either the original PDF from your bank or a photo of the paper statement. A scan or a screenshot of your banking app will not pass. If your card carries no printed name, a PDF card statement or bank statement takes the place of the card photo.
0 ready
Tick each point as you prepare the files. The list follows the document rules in the Razed help centre as we read them on 1 October 2026; the compliance team can still ask for something extra.
Source of funds is the group most players never see. When Razed does ask, it accepts proof such as salary, the sale of investments or property, an inheritance, the sale of a company, a gift from family, a lottery win, a divorce settlement, a loan or crypto mining income. Pick the document that matches where the money really came from.
A resubmission request is not a refusal. It means one detail did not line up, and nearly every case we found in the Razed help centre falls into one of six groups.
The date of birth is missing from your profile or differs from the one on your ID. Compliance compares the two line by line, so even a swapped day and month is enough to stop the check.
An expired licence or passport cannot prove who you are today. The other classic is the back page of a passport sent instead of the page with your photo and personal details.
The address on the bill differs from your profile, the postcode is missing, or the statement comes from a neobank. Old paperwork from a previous flat causes the same problem.
One of the four corners sits outside the frame, or the CVV is still readable. Lay the card flat, cover the code on the back and leave a little margin around the edges.
A cropped page that hides the bank logo, your name or the date cannot be checked. Send the whole page, and for a PDF, the file exactly as your bank produced it.
Screenshots, scans, copies and anything run through an editing app are rejected. A plain photo taken with your phone camera is what Razed wants to see.
Two of these six are about your profile rather than the paper itself. That is why we put the profile first in the steps above: get the name, address and date of birth right in your account, and half of the usual problems never happen.
The compliance team may also ask for extra documents even when the first set was fine. Razed runs under an Anjouan licence, and checks like this are a routine part of operating a licensed casino. Read the request, send what it names, and the file moves on.
If a file does not go through the first time, these are the moves that sort it out, in the order we would make them.
A rejected document comes with a reason. Retake the photo or fetch a new statement for that point alone, and upload it in the same slot. Sending a whole new set of papers usually slows things down rather than speeding them up.
If the problem sits in your account details, such as a misspelt surname or a wrong birth date, you cannot fix it with a better photo. Open the 24/7 live chat, ask for the profile correction, and upload the document again once the details match.
Razed gives no fixed timetable for the review. If you have uploaded everything and heard nothing, live chat can see whether the review is waiting on a document or simply in the queue.
Two-factor authentication protects your login and the Vault, where funds need your security confirmation before they can leave. If the phone with your authenticator is gone, live chat restores access after confirming that the account is really yours.
A forgotten password is handled through account recovery: Razed sends a link to the email address on your account. Use it, set a new password and come back to the verification page where you left off.
Before a new upload, open the photo on a big screen. If you cannot read the expiry date or the postcode yourself, the compliance team cannot either.
Verification also matters for some loyalty rewards. The birthday bonus, for example, opens from Platinum rank and needs a verified profile, as our page on offers for existing players explains. Finishing the check early means nothing is held up when that day arrives.
Plenty of advice about casino verification floats around forums, and some of it costs players days. Here are four beliefs that do not hold at Razed.
Myth: A screenshot or scan of my ID is just as good as a photo.
Fact: Razed asks for an original photo of the document. Screenshots, scans and copies are on the list of files that get sent back, because they are easier to alter.
Myth: Any bank statement will prove my address.
Fact: Statements from neobanks and digital-only banks are not accepted for the address step. Use a traditional bank, a utility, an insurer or your lease, dated within 180 days.
Myth: For safety I can hide the whole card number.
Fact: The first six and last four digits must stay visible so compliance can match the card to your deposits. The part you must fully cover is the CVC on the back.
Myth: Verification is only for big winners.
Fact: The check depends on your combined deposits and withdrawals passing a set threshold, or on a routine request from compliance. The trigger is the money moving through the account, not a lucky result, as we explain in does Razed limit winning players.
The common thread is simple. Razed verification protects your account as much as it satisfies the licence, because a matched ID, address and card make it much harder for anyone else to use your details. If you are new and want to see how the site feels before any of this matters, you can open a Razed account and play within the no-document range first.
Verify early, cash out without waiting
Take your photos in daylight, keep every edge in frame and match your profile to your ID before you start. That is the whole secret.
Gambling should stay fun. Razed offers loss and wager limits, Take a Break and self-exclusion through live chat, and Australian players can reach Gambling Help Online or register with BetStop. 18+ only.
No. Razed lets you deposit and withdraw up to a set cumulative threshold without sending documents. Once your activity passes that threshold, or if the compliance team asks earlier, you complete the verification page.
A bank statement, utility bill, credit card statement, insurance policy, lease agreement or mortgage statement issued within the last 180 days. It must show your full name, full address with postcode, the issuer logo and the issue date. Statements from neobanks and digital-only banks are not accepted for this step.
No. Razed asks for an original photo of the document, not a scan, a copy or a screenshot. All four edges must be in the shot, and your name, date of birth, photo and expiry date must be readable.
Proof of payment goes under Level 3 - Source of Wealth on the verification page. For a card, that is a photo showing your name, the expiry date and the first six and last four digits, with the CVC fully covered.
Razed does not publish a fixed review time, because the compliance team reviews each file and may ask for more. Clear, complete uploads that match your profile are the fastest route, and live chat can tell you where your review stands.
Yes. The birthday bonus opens from Platinum rank and needs a verified profile, so a finished KYC check is part of qualifying. Our guide to offers for existing players lists the other rank rewards.
Profile corrections go through the 24/7 live chat. Ask support to fix the detail first and upload your documents afterwards, otherwise the ID will not match and the file comes back.
With your ID, address proof and card photo sorted, nothing stands between you and a smooth cash-out. Set a budget, pick a game and enjoy Razed.
