Bonus limits while wagering
When you take the welcome offer, a maximum bet applies during the bonus and a separate one during free-spin wagering, and there is a cap on what can be withdrawn from the match bonus. These rules belong to the bonus: the bet maximum ends with the wagering, and the cash-out cap only covers what the match bonus turns into. Play with your own balance and none of them apply.
