In short

Razed existing customer offers run through the VIP Club: rakeback and a monthly bonus from the start, a weekly bonus from Bronze I, daily reloads from Gold I and a cash reward at every new rank. Races, a raffle and Challenges sit on top.

  • Rakeback on every bet
  • Weekly and monthly races
  • 3x VIP progress on sports

Cash or Bonus Balance: Wagering in Plain Words

The welcome package is a one-off, but the Razed existing customer offers keep running for as long as you play. Before you count what they are worth, check where each reward lands: in your real balance or in the bonus balance.

Razed is clear about two of its rewards. The reward you get each time you reach a new VIP rank is paid in cash, and so is the bonus from a completed VIP Transfer. Cash means you can withdraw it or keep playing with it, and every bet you place with it counts towards your next rank like any other real-money bet.

Everything that goes into the bonus balance follows the general bonus terms instead. The usual requirement is 40x, the balance expires 5 days after activation unless the offer states another period, and a maximum bet applies while it is active. For rakeback, the weekly and monthly bonuses and the daily reload, the claim screen in your rewards area shows which balance the money goes to, so look before you press the button.

  • Rank-up rewards and the VIP Transfer bonus are paid as cash.
  • Bonus balance usually carries 40x wagering and lasts 5 days.
  • Sportsbook free bets expire 5 days after they are issued.
  • Bets with bonus balance do not earn VIP progress or rewards.

The part most players miss is the RTP rule. Razed credits wagering according to the house edge of the game: slots at 96.5% RTP or lower count in full, and on lower-edge games each 0.1% of house edge earns 3.5% of the bet towards the requirement. A game paying back 99.3% counts for only about a fifth of each bet, and table games count 20%. Our page on RTP at Razed explains where to read each game's return.

Which Ongoing Offer Suits You

The offers for existing players at Razed fall into four families. They reward different habits, so most players get the bulk of their value from one or two of them and treat the rest as extras.

VIP rewards

Rakeback, the weekly and monthly bonuses and the daily reloads grow with steady play. They suit regulars who log in most weeks, because nothing has to be won: the amount follows your wager.

Races

Weekly and monthly leaderboards rank players by play over a set period. They suit people who already put in volume, since the top places go to the busiest accounts. Prize pools change from race to race.

Raffle

The raffle is the lucky-dip option. It suits casual players who will never top a leaderboard but would still like a chance at a prize from their normal sessions.

Challenges

Challenges set a target on selected slots, and hitting it pays an extra reward. They suit slot fans who enjoy a goal for the session and like trying the featured titles.

Sportsbook boosts

Combo Boost lifts multi-leg bets, Early Payout settles a football bet as a win once your team goes two goals ahead, and sports bets earn VIP progress three times faster. They suit punters first, casino players second.

VIP Transfer

Players who already hold VIP status elsewhere can skip the slow climb. Live support sets a boost target, and meeting it in time brings a cash bonus and a higher rank that stays.

Ranks run from Bronze I-III through Silver I-V, Gold I-V and Platinum I-VI to Diamond, Double Diamond, Pink, Red and Blue Diamond and finally Onyx, and each one is reached by total wager. From Diamond, Razed adds personalised benefits, and the first player to reach Diamond or a higher rank wins a one-time milestone prize, a Rolex Daytona at Diamond and a Lamborghini at Onyx. The birthday bonus needs a profile that has passed verification, so a correct date of birth on your account matters. A referral programme, tournaments and sportsbook free bets complete the list. Razed publishes its own reward amounts in US dollars and adjusts them by rank, so we describe the rules here and leave the figures to your rewards area.

The ongoing rewards stack up by rank: rakeback and the monthly bonus first, then weekly, then daily reloads.

How to Collect Your Rewards Step by Step

The VIP rewards follow your account activity rather than a sign-up form, so most of the work is knowing where to look and when each reward opens.

  1. Step 1

    Play with real balance

Rakeback and the monthly bonus start building from your first real-money bet. Bets with bonus balance do not feed the VIP Club, so the meter only moves once you play with your own funds.

  2. Step 2

    Climb the ranks

Your rank rises with total wager, and each new rank pays a cash reward automatically. Bronze I adds the weekly bonus, Gold I the daily reload, Gold IV a VIP host and Platinum the birthday bonus.

  3. Step 3

    Claim from the rewards area

Open the VIP or rewards section of your account to see what is ready. Claim rakeback, the weekly and monthly bonuses and the daily reload there, and read which balance each one lands in.

  4. Step 4

Ask live chat about VIP Transfer

If another site has already given you VIP status, write to the 24/7 live chat before you build up a big wager at Razed. Support sets your boost target and the time you have to reach it.

  5. Step 5

    Opt into races and Challenges

Check the promotions page for the current weekly and monthly races, the raffle and the slot Challenges. Join the ones that match the games you were going to play anyway.

New to the site? The first deposit opens the welcome match and the Sugar Rush 1000 spins, and you can open a Razed account here to start on the Starter rank straight away.

What the Rewards Are Really Worth

Play-based rewards at Razed are tied to the house edge, not to how much you win or lose on a given night. Rakeback hands back a share of the edge on every bet. For VIP Boost rewards Razed publishes the exact formula: wager multiplied by the average house edge of your games, multiplied by 0.20.

That makes the value easy to estimate. The figures below are a hypothetical example to show the maths, not a Razed offer or a promise of any amount.

Example wager
A$2,000slots at 96.5% RTP
House edge on it
A$703.5% of A$2,000
VIP Boost formula
A$14example only

Run the same A$2,000 through a game with a 99% RTP and the edge drops to A$20, so the reward falls to A$4. The lesson works both ways: low-edge games cost you less on average, but they also feed less into rewards. The edge is the engine of both numbers.

Keep the proportion in mind as well. In the example the expected cost of play is A$70 and the reward is A$14, so rewards soften the house edge rather than reverse it. They make a regular budget go further; they do not turn play into profit. On top of the play-based rewards, every new rank pays a cash reward; we leave its size out because Razed lists reward amounts in US dollars and they differ by rank.

Rewards that follow your play

Rakeback from your very first bet

The Starter rank already collects rakeback and the monthly bonus, and each rank after that adds another layer of rewards.

If rewards ever become the reason to keep playing, set a loss or wager limit in your account or talk to Gambling Help Online, which is free and open around the clock. Raising a limit at Razed takes 48 hours, which is a useful pause.

Which Bets Count and Which Do Not

Two separate counters run on your account: bonus wagering and VIP progress. A bet can count fully for one and not at all for the other, which is where most misunderstandings start.

  • Myth: Every game clears a reload at the same speed.

Fact: Slots at 96.5% RTP or lower count 100%, higher-RTP games count less on a sliding scale, and table games count 20%.

  • Myth: A reload in the bonus balance can go on a football multi.

Fact: Bonus balance cannot be used on the sportsbook at all. Sports bets need real balance or a sportsbook free bet.

  • Myth: Clearing a bonus also pushes you up the VIP ladder.

Fact: Bets placed with bonus balance earn no VIP progress and no rewards. Only real-money bets move your rank.

  • Myth: Sports bets are an afterthought in the VIP Club.

Fact: Sports bets earn 3x VIP progress, so a punter can climb the ranks faster for the same stake.

Some games do not count towards bonus wagering at all. The list in the bonus terms includes, among others, every BGaming, 3 Oaks and Wazdan game, plus dice, roulette and poker variants. If you are working through a reload, check the terms before you open one of those, and switch to a full-credit slot instead.

  • Full credit: most slots at 96.5% RTP or below, such as Gates of Olympus at 96.50% or Book of Dead at 96.21%.
  • Reduced credit: low-edge games on the 3.5-point sliding scale, such as a game paying back 99.3%, which counts about 20%.
  • 20% credit: table games.
  • No credit: excluded studios and game types, and the whole sportsbook.

What We Checked on 1 October 2026

Offers for existing players change more often than welcome deals, so we went back to the source documents on 1 October 2026 rather than relying on older notes.

The VIP Club article in the help centre

We confirmed the full ladder from Bronze I to Onyx, the first rank for each reward from rakeback to the birthday bonus, the cash rank-up rewards and the milestone prizes for the first players to reach the top ranks.

The VIP Transfer article

This is where Razed explains the boost target set by live support, the time limit, the cash bonus with a permanent rank and the reward formula of wager times average house edge times 0.20.

The general bonus terms

Last updated on 17 March 2024, they set the usual 40x requirement, the 5-day expiry, the RTP-based credit, the 20% rate for table games, the excluded studios and the rule that bonus bets earn no VIP progress.

The welcome page

We read it to separate the one-off first-deposit match and spins from the ongoing offers, and to confirm that Originals, Unoriginals and live games other than game shows count 20% there.

Slots, Originals, Live Tables and Sports Compared

Slots are the natural home for reloads: most of them clear wagering at full speed, and their edge of a few per cent gives rakeback something to work with. Originals such as Plinko, Dice, Limbo and Mines are built with a thin edge, which is good for your balance but means they count 20% in the welcome offer and add little to edge-based rewards.

Live tables sit in between, and how much they feed rewards depends on the house edge of the table you choose, which the game's info screen shows. Sports is the shortcut for rank: bonus balance cannot go there, but every real-money sports bet earns triple VIP progress, and Combo Boost and Early Payout add value of their own. Plenty of players mix the two, using slots for reloads and sports for climbing.

Questions About Razed Player Offers

Regular players get rakeback, a monthly bonus, a weekly bonus, daily reloads from Gold I, cash rank-up rewards and a VIP host from Gold IV. Weekly and monthly races, a raffle, slot Challenges, a referral programme and sportsbook boosts run alongside.

Yes. Rakeback returns a share of the house edge on every bet, win or lose, so it builds up steadily with your play instead of depending on results.

Daily reloads open at Gold I. The amount is worked out from your play over the previous 7 days, so a quiet week means a smaller reload.

If you hold VIP status at another site, ask the 24/7 live chat for a boost target. Reach it within the time limit and you get a cash bonus plus a permanent higher rank.

No. The bonus terms keep bonus balance for casino games only. Sports bets are placed with real balance, and they move your VIP progress three times faster.

No. Bets placed with bonus balance earn no VIP progress and no rewards. Once the wagering is done and the money sits in your real balance, every bet counts again.

The birthday bonus starts at Platinum and needs a verified profile with your correct date of birth. Our verification guide lists the documents Razed accepts.

No. Razed does not run a no-deposit bonus. Ongoing value comes from play-based rewards such as rakeback, the weekly and monthly bonuses and the reloads.
